ROOTS Academy Field Trips

Although spring has been slow to arrive, The Sugar Plum Farm Foundation has been busy welcoming school groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Children from ROOTS Academy have been visiting the farm, grade by grade, to spend time outdoors, interact with the animals, and enjoy the open space and green grass. Their enthusiasm is contagious as they groom donkeys, play with mini goats, and kick a ball on the lawn.
A simple lunch is served in our pavilion, after which it’s back outside for more fresh air, friendship, and farm adventures.
We love having this community join us and can't wait for more visits!
